We're in Happy Valley this week for  Wexner v. Sandusky  at Big Noon (Buckeyes -3 over the Nittany Lions).  Thursday's lines are Texans +2 at Jets and Tulane -15 @ Charlotte.  The rest of this week's NFL lines are here , NCAAF lines are here , and the Exec. What does it say about the present-day NFL that the first two picks in this year's draft are plug and play QBs for insta-contenders? Yes we're in Washington this week where the 4 - 2 Bears take on the 5 - 2 'Manders.  Here are the college lines and the NFL lines for this week, and Thursday's lines posted below for posterity. Another big "amateur" game this week in "Oregon" makes for an easy all-play call for the Exec. Comm.   For Thursday night's action we've got Niners -3.5 @ Seahawks, Coastal Car. +7.5 at James Madison, Middle Tennessee +4.5 at Louisiana Tech, and UTAP +20 at Western Kentucky.  We'll get the rest of the lines posted tomorrow and hoping everyone's football voting weekend gets off to a great start in the meantime!  UPDATE: College lines are here .
