We're down to the last three games.  Here  are the standings; once again I implore you to check that I have your score correct. Second place is still quite open, but for most of us the only path to victory is to contrive to pick the opposite way to DK and hope he starts missing.  The AFC line has obviously been highly mobile over the course of the week but we have to lock it sometime, and as of this morning we have 49ers +2.5 at Eagles and Bengals +1 at Chiefs. Essay pick is 15 points and the other one is 10, both due via email by 2 PM on Sunday. Best of luck to all.

Hey everyone, I haven't updated the spreadsheet yet out of shame at my appalling picks, but it'll get done over the next few days. Bills/Bengals is obviously a no contest so those who essayed it can essay something this weekend instead. We will move on with five NFL picks and TCU +12.5 vs Georgia: Titans +6.5 at Jaguars Lions +4.5 at Packers  Patriots +7 at Bills Ravens +9.5 at Bengals Browns +2.5 at Steelers Obviously the Browns are eliminated but they will hopefully be fired up to play spoiler. Note that thanks to the NFL's scheduling the Lions may have been eliminated by the time their game kicks off.  The usual rule for the playoffs is that all picks are due one hour before the kickoff of the first game of the weekend. In this case that is 7:15 PM on Saturday because of the Titans/Jags game.  From this point we will submit picks by email to prevent undue gamesmanship.  Happy new year everyone! Here are the playoff rules. The top 8 players make it in. I will be scoring this week later on this afternoon so it should be clear after the 4 PM games where the cut-off is. I will update this post with the final roster. I have done my best to score accurately as we go but please take a moment to check your own score and alert us to any discrepancies! After today it will probably be too late to fix any errors.  The first week of the playoffs will start with the 1/2 bowl games (Miss St +1.5 vs Illinois, Tulane +1.5 vs USC, LSU -14.5 vs Purdue, Penn State +2.5 vs Utah) and the Monday night game (Bills -1.5 at Bengals). All  picks are due by noon tomorrow when the first bowl game kicks off.  For this first set, post your five picks in this thread as usual.
